Role Summary
Mostly remote position with weekly in-person meetings. Early-stage team member opportunity to lead and shape engineering direction.

Required Qualifications
- Unmanned systems assembly experience (Raspberry Pi, Arduino, flight computing)
- Strong background in autonomous systems, robotics, computer vision, sensors, pathing, networking
- Research-oriented mindset
- Capability mentoring junior engineers and managing projects
